The National’s long incubating Grateful Dead tribute project will see the light of day on May 20th.
Day of the Dead was created and curated by brothers Aaron and Bryce Dessner of The National and will feature 59 Dead covers by a wide range of artists.

The project will be released as a 5 CD set and limited edition vinyl, and of course digitally.
Proceeds from the project will support the Red Hot Organization whose mission is to raise awareness and money around the AIDS crisis and related health issues.
